Here are some local organizations with Thanksgiving volunteer opportunities in Boston:

Give back to the entire community in a way that makes healthy eating affordable. This not-for-profit retail store brings fresh, healthy meals and products without high prices. They keep costs low by asking for volunteers. You will assist with sorting produce, preparing meals, stocking shelves, and more.

East End House

This food pantry serves anyone in the community who is in need up to two times per month. They offer fresh produce and shelf stable foods. They also offer a variety of programs like workshops and clean up days. Volunteers are needed in all of their programs, including at the Food Pantry. Find which position you want to volunteer for, then fill out their application and mail or email it. They’ll get in contact with you.
