It’s that time of week where Free Friday Fun can’t come soon enough! Here are some of the best and free things to look forward to for Friday, August 16, 2013 in Boston and throughout Massachusetts.
Thanks to the Highland Street Foundation, these six attractions are free on Friday:
- The Institute of Contemporary Art (Boston)
- USS Constitution Museum (Charlestown)
- Concord Museum (Concord)
- Edward Gorey House (Yarmouth Port)
- Springfield Museums (Springfield)
- Berkshire Museum (Pittsfield)
Also, don’t forget to catch a free movie screening starting in the evening:
- Hatch Shell: Jack the Giant Slayer (starts at sunset)
- Boston Harbor Hotel: Mary Poppins (starts at sunset)
- MIT Room 26-100: Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (starts at 8pm, and 8pm on 8/17/13)
