Mardi Gras Texas Style is returning again for its 5th year to bring Dallas-Fort Worth a Mardi Gras concert worth remembering. This event will feature a ton of musicians such as Josh Abbott Band, Aaron Whitson, Shane Smith & The Saints, Colton Rice, and much more! Tickets start at $35 for general admission, but they also have VIP tickets available.

Flava Haus is hosting a Bounce & Paint Party this year, where you can listen to Louisiana Bounce and Zydeco music. There will also be a mask painting activity to participate in. 19th Annual Mardi Gras Gumbo Party

Poor David’s Pub is hosting their 19th annual Gumbo Party this year with music from the Black Power Vipers, Jay-B & The Zydeco Posse, and Christian Dozzler’s Mardi Gras Tribute to James Booker and Professor Longhair! There will be over a dozen gumbo competitors including Chef Gale from creole Cajun Queen. A panel of celebrity judges will choose the best gumbo, and attendees will vote for the People’s Choice winner. This event will be sponsored by 89.3FM KNON. Tickets are only $20 to attend.
