On Saturday, Aug. 16, the CR Smith Museum will host a special “Saturday at the Smith” from noon to 2 p.m. During this time, performers from the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie will be on hand for special events. History, customs and manners will be discussed, and fun activities are planned. This event is free with paid admission to the museum. Admission is $7 for adults, $4 for kids 2-18. Kids under 2 get in free. My kids and I went to this museum last year and they LOVED it! Be sure to check out their LEGO exhibit.
The CR Smith Museum is at 4601 Hwy 360 in Fort Worth, near DFW Airport.
