Kids bored on Thanksgiving break already? Movie Tavern has expanded their once-weekly Flapjacks & A Flick special to happen every day for the rest of this week, from today (Nov. 24) through Saturday, Nov. 27. Here’s how it works: You come to the theater at 9 a.m. and pay a flat price for all-you-can-eat pancakes, select drinks and admission to the movie. Kids are $9 and adults are $10.50. The movies playing this week are Megamind, Tangled and Despicable Me.
Participating theaters include the Hulen, Green Oaks and Ridgmar locations. (Ridgmar has waffles instead of pancakes.) For specifics on locations and times, go here. Tickets can’t be bought online.
