On Saturday, Feb. 23, the city of Keller will sponsor a “Fishing for Fun” event at Bear Creek Park from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Kids 16 and under can fish in a pond stocked with trout for free! There will also be some fun activities, like contests, prizes and drawings. Anglers should bring their own fishing gear and an adult helper. It is permissible to take the fish home, but there is a limit of 5 fish.
Bear Creek Park is at 400 Bear Creek Parkway in Keller.
