photo holidayinthepark_zps4240fa00.jpgOn Sunday, Dec. 22, community group Hispano Exito will host Holiday in the Park, a free Christmas celebration. The event lasts from 1-5 p.m. The main attraction at this event will be a posada navidena, which is a traditional Christmas processional that re-enacts Mary and Joseph’s search for a room in Bethlehem. There will also be other activities, like live music, Mexican delicacies, cake walks, and pictures with Santa. This event is free, but you are encouraged to drop off a new, unwrapped toy at one of these partner locations before the event. You can RSVP for the Christmas celebration here.

The event will be held in Trail Drivers Park, which is at 1700 NE 28th St. in Fort Worth.
