Come by Uncle Julio’s Fine Mexican Food on Halloween night (Sunday, Oct. 31) with your kids in costume, and they’ll receive a free kids’ meal with the purchase of a regular adult entree. This special is good from 4 p.m. to close. The restaurant will also have a costume contest at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31. The winning kids’ costume gets a $100 gift card!
