Giveaway: Eco-Friendly Jewelry From Mouse & MoeCongrats to Val, who won the $32 gift certificate to Smoky Mountain Minerals! Are you ready for another giveaway? One lucky Fort Worth on the Cheap reader will receive a pair of earrings of their choice from Mouse and Moe, a neat line of sustainably-produced jewelry.

Created by Emily Grace Goodrich, a jewelry designer, painter and photographer in California, Mouse and Moe jewelry is made primarily from heat-fused, recycled plastic grocery bags. This process keeps plastic bags out of landfills and the ocean, but also creates colorful sheets of leather-like flexible plastic to make unique, sustainable works of wearable art.

If you’re interested in receiving info about Mouse and Moe via social media sites, you can also “like” them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter. They also have a Tumblr site. I absolutely love the idea behind this jewelry – not only because it is cute, but because it’s reusing items that – let’s face it – are in oversupply on this planet. (Overuse of plastic grocery bags is one of my pet peeves!)

To enter, visit Mouse and Moe’s online shop and tell me which pair of earrings you think you would want if you were to win via the form below. I’ll draw for a winner on Friday, April 15 and contact the winner via email. The winner will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize.

Texas residents only, please; one entry per person. Good luck!
