Come by The Pilates Center in Fort Worth on Saturday, Sept. 11 for their Open House – they’ll be offering free private Pilates equipment sessions. Their trainers will meet with you one-on-one for a personal consultation and then walk you through some exercises on the Reformer, Chair and Cadillac.
Plus, all who attend will receive a coupon for a free Pilates mat class.
The open house is from 1-4 p.m. The Pilates Center is at 6320 Camp Bowie Blvd.
