Free Pilates Session at The Pilates Center

Come by The Pilates Center in Fort Worth (6320 Camp Bowie Blvd.) on Saturday, Aug. 28 from 1 to 4 p.m. They’re having an open house. You can meet with an instructor one-on-one and try a series of exercises on the Reformer, Chair and Cadillac Pilates machines for free. They’ll also have complimentary chair massages, and all attendees will receive a pass good for a free future class at The Pilates Center.
