I stumbled across this site on the web and had to share it with you. If you have an iPod, you can download lots of songs for free from the ThinkIndie site. Right now, under their “Freeloads” section, they’ve got tons of albums and songs available for download – and they won’t cost you a penny. Take a look at the Freeloads selection and listen to some samples. There’s tracks from Stereolab, Freelance Whales, Belle and Sebastian and more. But I’m especially digging the free digital sampler featuring artists from this year’s Austin City Limits music festival.
If you’re willing to shell out a little cash for a wider selection of tunes, ThinkIndie has those as well.
