Come out to ICE at the Parks, the ice-skating rink at the Parks Mall in Arlington, on Oct. 28 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for their Costume Party. Kids and adults alike can ice skate for free, plus there will be a photographer on hand to take pictures of your kids in their best ghoulish costumes! Prize drawings and awards for best costume will also be given away.
ICE at the Parks is inside the mall, at I-20 and Cooper St. in Arlington.
