Free Event: Springtown Wild West FestivalHead west to Parker County this Saturday, Sept. 17 for the Springtown Wild West Festival. This fun,  family-oriented event celebrates the Old West days with gunfight demonstrations, a mock “jail,” and plenty of kids’ activities, from inflatables to pony rides. You can also shop at the booths of local vendors and get information on various community groups. Concession booths will be on site, too. Admission to the Wild West Festival is free, but some activities may carry a cost – so bring cash!

At 10 a.m., a parade will start on Highway 199 and continue towards downtown Springtown, arriving on the square around 10:30 a.m. See the full parade route here.

The Springtown Wild West Festival runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Get a map to Springtown here.
