The Pilates Center in Fort Worth is holding an open house tomorrow, Jan. 8, from 10 a.m. to noon. At the open house, you’ll receive a free one-on-one Pilates equipment session with a qualified instructor. You’ll get to sample a variety of exercises on the Cadillac, Reformer and Chair machines. If you’ve been doing Pilates mat classes and think you may be ready to move to equipment sessions, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a try.
