Stop by the Botanical Research Institute in Fort Worth on Saturday, May 4 for their monthly farmer’s market event. This market happens on the first Saturday of each month. It features a variety of fresh, seasonal produce from local community gardens based around Fort Worth. Live music and other family-friendly entertainment is also present. Hours for the market are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additionally, two food trucks will be on site at the May 4 market: First Bite Gourmet and Tacoheads.
Other events are taking place at BRIT on May 4, too: Bella’s Storytime, a preschool-friendly story reading from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and Science Saturday activities for families.
