About the Dr Pepper Museum

To honor this born-in-Texas beverage, Dr Pepper opened the doors to the Dr Pepper Museum to the public in 1991. Today, the museum houses a fascinating collection of over 300,000 Dr Pepper and soft drink-related artifacts and pieces of memorabilia which tell the story of the American soft drink industry.

Aside from Dr Pepper history, the museum is also home to the W. W. Clements Free Enterprise Institute, an educational program which teaches children about the free enterprise economic system which has been the basis of the American economy and way of life for centuries.
