Parks and Playgrounds are a great way to spend your weekend in Dallas. Some of them like the Klyde Warren Park always have fun events on the weekend.

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve– With over 200 acres, this park has everything you need. You can fish, hike, play on the playground, picnic, and much more. They also have wifi! It’s one of the best parks in Dallas.

Cedar Ridge Preserve– You won’t find any playgrounds here but this is one of the best places in DFW for hiking. The spectacular views, bridges, and trails will keep you entertained for hours. They also feature special gardens like the Butterfly Garden or the Garden of Five Senses.

Klyde Warren Park– This inner- city oasis is small but fierce. You’ll find group exercise classes, an awesome children’s playscape, a sprayground, public art, and live events.
