I’m a member of several consumer research panels. These groups are fun because they allow you to tell manufacturers, restaurants and other companies what you like and don’t like – plus, most of them give you small rewards for participating. Here are a few panels that you should consider joining:

Jamba Juice Insiderssign up for this club and you’ll not only get promotional emails from Jamba Juice, you may be asked to participate in research studies. I was sent a survey from Jamba Juice a few weeks ago and they mailed me a $5 JJ gift card as a thank-you. Be sure to check the box at the bottom that says you want to join the research panel.

CVS Advisor Panel – This is nice if you shop at CVS and use their ExtraBucks, which are slips of paper that spend just like cash on most things in the store. Every once in a while, they’ll send you surveys. If you qualify to complete them, you’ll often be compensated with $5 or more in ExtraBucks. Join here.

VocalpointLearn more and join here. this is a consumer panel for women that often has events called “Try & Tells” – when you receive the appropriate email from them, you can log on and have them mail you a special coupon, which is usually for a free item. Then you can pick up the item and report back on what you think of it. I’ve recently received a coupon for new Philadelphia Cooking Creme, among others. They also send out sample packs every once in a while.
