Free Event at Carter Museum TonightCome to the Carter Museum in Fort Worth tonight (Feb. 17) at 6 p.m. for a free gallery talk. The talk, led by Barney Lipscomb of the Botanical Research Institute of Texas, is titled “More Than Just a Pretty Flower: How the Golden Age of Botany Continues to Enlighten.” During the talk, Lipscomb will discuss books featured in the museum’s current exhibition, Nature Bound: Illustrated Botanical Books. Great if you love plants and gardening, and it could be interesting even if you don’t.
