On Saturday, Dec. 1, the British Emporium in Grapevine will have its Christmas Open House from noon to 4 p.m. You can stop into the store and take pics with a British Father Christmas (bring your own cameras). Also, author Darren McGrady (who was also Princess Diana’s chef) will be on hand from noon to 2 p.m. to sign copies of his book, Eating Royally. Sample some Bread & Butter Pudding, the princess’ favorite dessert, while you’re there.
The British Emporium is at 140 N. Main St. in Grapevine.
