PhotobucketOn Saturday, Nov. 3, USA Hockey and over 400 local programs across the country will encourage kids, ages 4 to 9, to come to a local participating rink and try youth ice hockey for free. Even if you don’t have skates or helmets, you can still participate, as all participating venues will have a limited amount of equipment available for use. Participating venues in DFW include:

  • ICE At the Parks, 3815 S. Cooper St., Arlington – 3 p.m. (if you would like to participate you can register here)
  • NYTEX Sports Center, 8851 Ice House Dr., North Richland Hills – 12:30 p.m. (register here)
  • Dr Pepper Star Center, 1400 S. Pipeline Rd., Euless – 11 a.m. (register here)
  • Polar Ice House, 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway #613, Grapevine – 11 a.m. (register here)
  • Dr Pepper Star Center, 12700 Stemmons Fwy., Farmers Branch – 11 a.m. (register here)
