On Saturday, Oct. 27, Lowe’s stores will hold a free Halloween-themed woodcrafting workshop. From 10 a.m. to noon, kids can build a free Creepy Keeper (looks like a monster-shaped wooden box with a lid). However, these workshops are popular, and space is limited – so visit the Build and Grow site now to register your child for the workshop at your preferred location. (Some locations are already full!) Once you sign up, be sure to arrive early – many stores start giving away unclaimed craft kits to unregistered kids after the first half hour or so.
