This is truly a Fort Worth tradition – the Fort Worth Stock Show kicks off this Saturday, Jan. 19 with the All Western Parade. The festivities begin at 11 a.m. in downtown Fort Worth, and every float is truly “old fashioned” – no motorized vehicles are allowed! You can find a map of the parade route here. There is also a new feature for 2013: the ability to buy reserved seats along the parade route. These are available through Ticketmaster and are $19.75 each including fees. You can also call the Stock Show ticket office at 817-877-2420, if you want to avoid paying the Ticketmaster convenience fees. Those who buy reserved parade seats also get one-day access to the Stock Show grounds any of the 23 days that the show is happening.
