This weekend (June 1-3), the Will Rogers Memorial Center will host AmerEquine, an equine-themed expo, marketplace and music festival. Lots of big-name performers, including Marty Stuart and Emmylou Harris, will be giving concerts at the event on various nights – and tickets are pricey, starting at $35. However, you can enjoy AmerEquine on the cheap by just attending their horse expo. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students – plus, kids 5 and under get in free. At the expo, you can shop equine vendors, watch horse demos and presentations, and participate in silent auctions and raffles. See the entire schedule of events here.
