Land of Enchantment Opening

The events start on Saturday, July 10, 2 PM to 4 PM with the Land of Enhancement Opening. It features exploring the magical grounds and discovering original sculptures by regional artists inspired by the special exhibition Enchanted: A History of Fantasy Illustration. The event provides a chance to meet the sculptors, find the fairies in the Yellowwood tree, and create a dragon egg. You can vote for your favorite sculptures between 2 PM to 3 PM.

Besides, you can stay for the awards ceremony that includes Best in Show, People’s Choice, and Kids Choice awards at 3:30 PM. Additionally, you can pay a visit to the ice cream stand on the Terrace!

Meet the Artist Series – Thomas Blackshear

This event will be held on Tuesday, July 13, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. It features artist Thomas Blackshear. Blackshear has been painting artworks for movie studios, magazines, and postage stamps for over four decades, including a series that he later released in The African American Tradition: Heroes of Our Heritages.

3rd Annual Art of Brewing Festival

This festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 21, from 1 PM to 4 PM. The festival is an opportunity to spend an afternoon sampling some of the finest local brews and food. Participants get ten sample pours and souvenir pint glass. Additionally, you will have a lot of local food truck vendors, be able to see current and past label art from the brewers, and look at a range of summer’s featured exhibits in the galleries.

The Norman Rockwell Museum was founded in 1969. The museum is home to the world’s largest Rockwell art.
